    dont bother ordering with them as your item will probably be out of stock and they wont both to communicate that to you so you’ll end up out of pocket having to pay for your hair appointment you couldn’t attend without them, they wont offer you a partial refund or anything either. absolutely useless company the hair quality itself once they eventually arrived was fine but nothing of their usual standard.
