30-Day Return/Exchange Policy
Moresoo Hair is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason,you may return your purchase within 30 days of the receipt date*-WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGE.
Return / Exchange Conditions:
1.The customized order could not be returned. As customized extensions are private items that cannot be sold again, please be noted that it can not be returned.
2.The hair can not be used. We don't wish our hair was used for short time enjoy and be returned after using.
3. The hair don't accept return after dyed. Our hair has been color altered and processed, if you want to color the hair, it's your try. We can't accept if the hair has been second colored. Also the hair can't be cut or destroied. If it's our quality problem, we will take responsiable for that. If you have damaged hair and withhold this information, we will no longer provide after sales service.
4. We only accept return who communicate with us, telling why and what you want to return, and we will note your information. We will solve all of your problem, include return, and don't wish receive an return can't match any return record.
5. If you return for a full refund, we can't refund the shipping fees. Because we actually have offered the shipping service which you paid.
6. Don't accept return if you keep the hair over 30 days. After 30 days you received the hair, it can't be return cause the keep status might let the hair bad situation. When you get the hair, please check if you want that early.
- Return/refund for no reasons (15% restocking fees will be charged under this situation)
If you want to return an item without any quality problem for exchange within 30 days once it is received, please send an email to this email address with your order number entitled: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Return/Refund Process for quality problems:
Please send us an email with your order number entitled if the item you received has any quality problem. such as: wrong color, wrong size, wrong style, and so on. It will be more persuasive if you attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information and a picture of the item you received in the email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
