Yes, Moresoo Hair ships worldwide. For faster and more reliable service, we recommend FedEx or DHL. PO Boxes are not supported by these carriers, so please provide a physical address.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a verified tracking number. Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear.

To ensure smooth delivery:
· Enter your address accurately during checkout, including apartment or suite numbers if applicable.
· Monitor your tracking information closely. If your order is not received within 7 days after the tracking shows delivered, contact us immediately. Otherwise, we will assume the package was delivered.

With proper care, Virgin Hair can last 6–12 months. Remy Hair typically lasts 3–6 months depending on wear and maintenance.

Even the highest-quality hair extensions can tangle since they don’t receive natural scalp oils. Proper care keeps them silky and manageable:
· Separate hair into sections before brushing, use a wide-tooth comb or boar bristle brush, and always start from the ends working upward to minimize breakage and stress on natural hair.
· Use gentle, sulfate-free or oil-based shampoo, apply deep conditioner or leave-in treatment to the mid-lengths and ends only, and avoid the roots, clips, or bonds.
· Apply a lightweight hair oil to nourish extensions, minimize friction during wear and sleep, loosely braid hair or use a silk pillowcase at night, and avoid excessive pulling, brushing when wet, or repeated high-heat styling (keep tools below 180°C).

1. Part your hair with a fine-toothed comb and clip up the top section for smooth extension application.
2. Take an extension strand, peel off one side of the tape backing, and firmly stick it 2mm from the scalp on the parted hair, attaching only to adjacent hairs for a natural look.
3. Grab another strand, peel its tape backing, and paste it 2mm from the scalp on the underside of the first strand to form a “sandwich.” Then release the clipped-up hair.
4. Begin at the back of the head. Repeat Steps 1–3, moving upward, and do the same on the sides to evenly apply extensions for added volume and length.
5. Leave 1–2 rows of hair between extension “sandwiches” for a natural effect. Keep tape 5mm from the scalp. After placing extensions, seal tapes with a flat iron below 180°C for a long-lasting style.

1. Comb your hair with a wide-tooth comb and brush regularly at least twice a day to avoid tangling.
2. Wash with gentle, moisturizing, sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner; keep conditioner away from tape area.
3. Do not rub your hair; deep condition once a week.

1. Section off your hair to expose the tape-in extensions and clip remaining hair out of the way.
2. Apply a tape adhesive remover to the tape bonds, following the instructions on the remover’s packaging.
3. Let the adhesive remover sit for a few minutes to break down the adhesive, then gently remove the extensions.

1. Tapes need to be replaced regularly; we suggest every 4–6 weeks.
2. Dry extensions thoroughly before applying new tape tabs; make sure replacement tapes match extension strand size.
3. After applying tape-in extensions, heat the tapes briefly with a flat iron for about 2 seconds per section to secure them.

1. Comb your hair into sections and clip the top layer out of the way, leaving the lower hair exposed.
2. Open the clip and position it close to the scalp, securing it around the hair roots. Make sure the clip is fully closed.
Tip: Wrap a small amount of hair under the base of the clip (not too much) to increase friction and grip. This helps the clip stay more secure.
3. Start at the back of your head and work upward. Leave 1–2 layers of natural hair between each extension row for a seamless, natural look.
4. Gently comb through the extensions to blend them with your natural hair. Use your fingers to adjust the hair and hide the clips if needed.
5. Gently shake the extensions to make sure the clips are secure. If you notice any looseness, gently press the clip or adjust the wrapped hair under the clip to improve grip.

Don’t worry, you can replace clips by removing old ones and attaching new ones. If you just received your extensions with this issue, contact customer service for assistance.

1. Daily brushing: Comb your extensions 1–2 times daily using a wide-tooth comb to prevent tangling.
2. Washing: Wash with lukewarm water and gentle, sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Keep conditioner away from clip bases to prevent loosening.
3. Drying: Lay the extensions flat or hang them to air dry. Avoid rubbing or twisting the hair.
4. Clip maintenance: Wipe clip interiors regularly to remove residue and oil.
5. Storage: Store extensions flat or in a silk pouch to prevent tangling and damage.
6. Check clips: Regularly test clip spring elasticity and replace clips if necessary to maintain a secure fit.

1. Sleeping: Always remove clip-ins before going to bed to avoid tension on your natural hair and reduce tangling.
2. Swimming & exercise: Remove extensions before swimming or working out. Chlorine, saltwater, and sweat can weaken clips and damage hair.
3. Heat styling: You can use curling or straightening irons, but keep the temperature low and avoid contact with the clips to prevent melting or damage.

Hot Fusion: Requires a heat fusion connector (hot iron). Proper temperature (below 180°C / 356°F) ensures strong bonds without damaging natural hair.
Cold Fusion: Requires microbead pliers to install silicone-lined beads. Correct placement ensures long-term security.
Both methods require precision. Hot Fusion bonds can melt hair if applied incorrectly. Cold Fusion beads may slip or damage hair if tightened improperly.
Pro tip: Always book a licensed stylist for installation to ensure safety and optimal results.

Hot Fusion: Avoid washing for 48 hours to allow bonds to set completely.
Cold Fusion: Gentle washing is possible immediately, but avoid scrubbing near beads. Use sulfate-free, moisturizing products.
Heat styling: Low heat styling is safe for both types but avoid direct contact with hot fusion bonds or beads.

Hot Fusion: Bonds are melted into your natural hair and cannot be reused. Removal requires professional heat tools to avoid breakage.
Cold Fusion: Beads are reusable but must be removed with microbead pliers. Improper removal can damage both the extensions and natural hair.
Avoid removing extensions yourself to prevent hair breakage. Always use a professional stylist.

Hot Fusion: Make sure bonds are fully melted during installation. Avoid washing within 48 hours. Handle hair gently near bonds.
Cold Fusion: Use silicone-lined beads and tighten every 2–3 weeks with microbead pliers.
General tips:
1. Sleep on a silk pillowcase to reduce friction.
2. Avoid excessive brushing or combing near the bond area.
3. Regularly inspect bonds and beads to ensure security.

Both Hot Fusion and Cold Fusion are generally safe.

1. Part your hair and comb it smooth.
2. Open all anti-slip clips, align them with your hairline or one finger-width back, clamp the first clip at the hair root, then flatten and secure the remaining clips one by one.
3. Arrange stray hair around the hairline and gently comb the topper together with your natural hair.
4. Lightly spray hairspray to secure the style.
5. Only the 6×7 inch and 6×6 inch toppers allow free parting. Other toppers are designed for a middle part.

Our hair toppers are made from 100% real human hair, allowing for freestyle styling, including curling, straightening.
When using curling irons or flat irons, keep the temperature below 180°C (356°F) to protect hair integrity and prolong lifespan.
Dyeing: Dark shades are harder to color. For DIY coloring, it is recommended to use lighter shades such as #60 Blonde for better results.
Bleaching: We do not recommend bleaching, as it significantly reduces hair health and lifespan.
