Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 24 business hours on weekdays. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Orders flagged for fraud warnings or shipping address errors may require additional verification before processing.

Expedited shipping: 4-7 business days.
Standard shipping: approximately 15–20 business days.
PO Boxes are not supported by DHL/FedEx. Please provide a physical address.
Some custom or pre-order products may require 4-6 weeks processing before shipping.
All shipments include real-time tracking and verified tracking numbers. Tracking updates may take a few hours to reflect once shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

All orders must be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. We cannot change the shipping address after purchase.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information. Any package lost due to an incorrect address will be the customer’s responsibility.
Orders flagged for fraud alerts will not be shipped until all details are verified, ensuring protection for both parties.
Please monitor your tracking information closely. If your order is not received within 7 days after the tracking shows delivered, contact us immediately. Otherwise, we will assume the package was delivered.
Import duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once an order is submitted, the shipping process begins immediately. Requests to change items or cancel orders cannot be guaranteed.
If you need to correct a wrong shipping address, we will make every effort to assist. If we are unable to intercept the package in transit, Moresoo cannot assume liability for undelivered packages.
