Invisible Genius Weft Hair Extensions Virgin Hair Bundle (#R19/60)

Brush Your Hair Extensions Gently

Use a wide-tooth comb or a soft-bristle brush to gently detangle your extensions, starting from the ends and working your way up. This will prevent pulling on the weft and reduce shedding. Be extra careful around the installation area to maintain the integrity of the weft and avoid damage. Regular brushing helps keep your extensions smooth and manageable.

Wash with Care

Washing your weft hair extensions less frequently can significantly prolong their lifespan. Aim to wash your extensions only when necessary—typically every 1-2 weeks, depending on your lifestyle. Daily or excessive washing can strip the hair of its natural moisture, reducing its durability. If you wash your natural hair more frequently, use dry shampoo or focus on cleansing only the scalp to keep your extensions fresh between washes.
Use a gentle, sulfate-free, and alcohol-free shampoo and conditioner to preserve the hair’s softness and natural appearance. Allow the extensions to air-dry naturally or use a blow-dryer on a low heat setting with a heat protector.

By washing your extensions sparingly and with care, you can maintain their quality and extend their lifespan.

Dye Your Hair Easily

Lighter shades are more receptive to coloring, while darker shades may require additional processing for a noticeable change. Avoid bleaching the extensions, as this can weaken the hair and significantly reduce its lifespan. For optimal results, consult a professional stylist and perform a strand test before coloring the entire set.

Styling Recommendations

You can style your hair extensions with heat tools up to 160°C/320°F. Always apply a heat protectant before using curling irons, straighteners, or blow dryers. Weft extensions can be styled just like natural hair, but avoid excessive heat styling to preserve their quality over time.

Helpful Tips

1. Avoid using alcohol-based or harsh products that can dry out the hair.
2. Refrain from applying conditioner near the weft to maintain a secure installation area.
3. Ensure your weft extensions are professionally installed and maintained to prolong their lifespan.
4. Weft extensions should typically be moved up every 6-8 weeks as your natural hair grows to maintain a flawless, natural look.
