Return and Exchange Policy

Moresoo Hair is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for our item and able to meet the conditions below, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the receipt date*-WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGE.

We are proud to offer the most flexible return policy in the industry.If for any reason you aren’t satisfied, send the hair back within 30 days of receiving the product for an exchange or refund. We will charge a 15% restocking fees for returned item. Be our VIP Member or VIP Pro Members you will get a 45 days return.

 Shipping Charges are not reimbursed. Refunds will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.
If the return is caused by the customer, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer

  • Hair has not been used(The gold thread used for product packaging cannot be removed), colored, cut, dyed, or altered.
  • If an item (for example: the wig) has lace, the lace must remain intact and cannot be cut
  • Must be within 30 days (45 for VIP and VIPro Members) from the delivered date
  • Communication is Needed Before the Return. RMA request must be submitted by phone, email, or online
  • Exchange Should Within the Return Period.
  • Email: service@moresoo.com and inform us about your order id, replaced item.
  • Send back the item that need to be exchanged and email us the return information.
  • Exchanged item will be mailed out after we get the returned item and make sure they are in good condition.

If you would like to exchange your custom order for an in-stock item, no restocking fee will apply. Under Other Condition, Custom Order can not be returned.

If requesting for repair or exchange or cancel your order, you shall firstly contact us by service email: notice@moresoo.com. We will not provide any exchange, return or repair service on returned hair extension without our permission, and all loss will be afforded by customers.
