Return & Exchange Policy

Moresoo Hair is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and meet the conditions below, you may request a return or exchange within 60 days of receipt, using the original packaging.

We offer 60-day return/exchange service.

You may inspect the product for color, length, size, and texture, but the product must not be used, washed, dyed, cut, or altered, and the top gold/silver threads must remain intact. Otherwise, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Return shipping fees caused by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once the product has shipped.

Pre-sale items, custom items, and final sale/clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Pre-sale/Custom/Promotional Items (e.g., 50% OFF): Once purchased, these items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please purchase carefully.

Clearance Items (USA Only): Special clearance items are non-returnable.

Accurate Shipping Address: Ensure your address is correct. Loss due to an incorrect address is the customer's responsibility.

Package Coordination: If the package is lost after delivery, or not picked up on time, the customer bears the related loss.

Return Shipping Fees: Return shipping due to color differences, personal preference, or wrong selection is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using traceable or insured shipping.

Exchange Shipping Fees: Standard shipping (15–20 business days) is included. Expedited shipping (4–6 business days) requires an additional $25 fee.

Unauthorized Returns: Do not ship items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns are ineligible for refund or exchange.

With tracking: refund/exchange within 1–10 business days after receipt.

Without tracking: 5–15 business days.

Returns beyond the 60-day service period are not refundable, even if shipped within 15 days.

Time Limit: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

Undelivered Packages: If you receive a delivery notice but have not received your package, contact us immediately with your order number and name.
