All shipments have real time tracking and verified tracking numbers so you can track your items with delivery confirmation at any time.
When shipped, orders will take a few hours to update tracking. You will get a shipping confirmation once shipped.
Toppers Now Are Customized Item. It may take several weeks to customize.
- All orders MUST be shipped to the delivery address on your order.
We cannot change the shipping address in your transaction to any other address after purchase.

- Any orders with Fraud alerts will not be shipped until all details and information are verified. No exceptions. We have a fraud prevention system to protect every party.
- Please keep track of your logistics information in time. If you have not received the goods, please contact us within 7 days after the delivery information shows that it has been delivered. Otherwise we will assume that the package has been delivered
Getting your order to you with speed and accuracy is our top priority. Once you submit an order, the shipment process begins immediately and we are unable to honor requests for item changes or order cancellations.
Once you have received your order, we would be happy to assist you with an exchange or return. Please note, Moresoo is not liable to provide a return shipping label or refund shipping fees. If you entered the wrong shipping address, we will put in a valiant effort to save the day!
If we are not able to change the shipping address or intercept the package in transit, Moresoo cannot assume liability for packages not received due to an incorrect shipping address. We appreciate your understanding.
