1. How long do the extensions last?
Remy hair extensions usually last 3–6 months, while Virgin hair can last 6–12 months with proper care. The better you care for them, the longer they’ll last.
2. Why doesn’t the color look exactly like the pictures?
All photos are taken from real products, but lighting and screen settings may cause slight color differences. For the most accurate match, check the hair under natural light.
3. What if I can’t decide on a color?
No worries — just send us a photo of your hair, and we’ll recommend the best shade with our free color match service.
4. Can I style the extensions with heat tools?
Yes! Our extensions can be straightened, curled, or styled just like your own hair. To keep them healthy, avoid frequent heat use and keep the temperature under 160℃ / 320℉.
5. What shampoo and conditioner should I use?
We recommend gentle, moisturizing shampoos and conditioners. Avoid purple shampoos on light colors, and steer clear of products made for special hair types (thin, oily, dry, etc.), as they may affect the extensions.
6. Can I see the difference between similar colors (like #60 vs #1000)?
Some shades, like #60 and #1000, look very close and may vary by monitor. If you’d like, we can send you real photos from our warehouse before you order.
