Shipping Policy
All prices on our website (except for accessories) include FREE standard shipping. Your hair extensions will be shipped from our warehouses in either China or the United States.

Order Processing:
All orders placed before 1 p.m. UTC +8, Monday to Friday, will ship the same day, except in cases of fraudulent warnings or shipping address errors.
We do not ship on weekends or Chinese holidays.

Shipping and Delivery:
We use DHL, USPS, UPS or FedEx for shipping, and we will select the best courier based on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
DHL/FedEx: 3-5 business days
UPS: 7-15 business days
USPS: 10-20 business days
Orders will be processed and shipped within a few hours, and tracking information will be updated. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a verified tracking number via email, along with a tracking link.
Please note, it may take a few hours for tracking information to update.
If you encounter any issues with your tracking number or delivery, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to us. Moresoo does not control the couriers, so any issues after dispatch need to be addressed with the courier.

Shipping Address:
All orders must be shipped to the delivery address provided at the time of purchase. We cannot change the shipping address after the order is placed.
It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address when placing your order. Moresoo is not responsible for mistakes in the provided address.

Fraud Prevention:
Any orders flagged for fraud will not be shipped until all details are verified. We have a robust fraud prevention system in place to protect all parties involved.

Delivery Delays:
While we process and ship orders daily, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather or other uncontrollable factors. If there are delays, we are unable to take responsibility.
We recommend planning ahead for your hair appointments in case of shipping delays.
