Step 1: Use the comb to pick up a thin slice of natural hair as wide as your tape extensions.
Step 2: Press the natural hair downward into the tape leaving1inch-2inchspace between the scalp and the extension.
Step 3: Peel away the second tape and place this piece directly over the first, sandwiching the natural hair in between and seal the tape with a flat iron for maximum adherence.
Step 4: Repeat for full head
If you are unsure about doing this process at home, weHIGHLYrecommend you go to a professional stylist who has been trained to do tape in hair extensions.
1. Do not comb or brush the hair extensions while hair is wet. Never sleep with wet hair extensions.
2. Make sure that do not wash your hair at least3 daysafter the application, otherwise it will cause slippage.
3. Every 4-6 weeks, your hair extensions will need to be reapplied to move the bonds closer to the scalp and to keep your hair healthy.
4. When using conditioner, condition from mid-shaft to ends only. Do not apply conditioner to your scalp when wearing tape in hair extensions.
5. Tape in hair extensions can easily be removed with the remover and do not damage hair.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.
Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.;

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
