Exchange & Return Policy

1.If for any reason you aren’t satisfied, send the hair back within 60 days of receiving the product for an exchange or refund. We will charge a 15% restocking fees for returned items.

2.Return shipping are not reimbursed. Refunds will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If the return is caused by the customer, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer.Please note that clearance sale items and custom products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

3.Hair has not been used(The gold thread used for product packaging cannot be removed), colored, cut, dyed, or altered.

4.Please email service@moresoo.com to confirm the status of the products before returning or exchanging them.We will not provide any exchange, return or repair service on returned products without our permission, and all loss will be afforded by customers.
